TrafficCompressor doesn't work with antivirus NOD32. It conflicts with imon.dll.

It's normally. Read file readme and description of program before install. Some versions of Nod32, Panda, DrWeb (etc.) antivirus may conflict with program. Download newest version of your antivirus software.

Unfortunately, latest version of NOD32 (2.12.4 for NT) still does not work with TrafficCompressor. It does not cause a program conflict, but it rewrites network settings of TrafficCompressor. You can install NOD32 2.12.4, then install TrafficCompressor and it will work, but after reboot NO32 rewrites some network configuration and TrafficCompressor stops working.
We will make an effort to make them working with each other, or may be the developers of NOD32 will make it less "aggressive" against other legal network software.

I can suggest a partial solution of the problem. If it is acceptable for you reinstall NOD32 and do not install IMON component. NOD32 does not conflict with TrafficCompressor when IMON is not installed.
